  • Short Sweet Strong

    This short and sweet strength practice can be done as a stand alone or repeated multiple times with different weight amounts.

  • Repeatable Strength

    This sequence can be repeated a few times in a row with varying weights. To build muscle repetition and a degree of challenge is necessary. For it be yoga it requires discernment ;)
